And so the typical reactions come out.
Sadness .
And that does bug me . Not the sadness part . Sure everyone is sad . And you have every right to express your own opinion .
But sadness about it ending ? never!
Hm.. but its alright . No one feels the same . People have their own ways of dealing with things. All i think is it only grows stronger from here on out . College is not defined by a where . Its defined by the who. And the who in this case is an undead creature that shall rise no matter how many times its striked down. And all i feel is happiness . Sure i'll miss it like everyone else . I'm definitely not ready to grow up and take responsibility yet but still . I think about it with a smile . People going out into the world . Doing there own things yet still connected by the bonds of the undead. And communication will never stop. So why spend days till the "end" filled with a sad foreboding of what is to come . Just pick up a drink and wash it right out.
Besides things will become more interesting for everyone . New people mixed with the familiar more comfortable older ones. Money to throw away . And some real freedom . Freedom to go out and do the things that you always wanted to do. Ideally it should be in a new place but thats a personal choice . Growing up might seem like a hard and steep climb but there are advantages always attached. Those xboxes , DSLRs and apartments are one step closer so i say go out and meet it head on . Cos from now on its time to do things for yourself and enjoy the satisfaction that come attached with it.
College and classes is a convenient meeting place . Now its time to focus on the friendship. Let the reign of zombies begin!
